Going to check on one of the towers that could be what the captain was looking into, they stumble upon a chest with a book that has some kind of code or secret message within it. After much more looking around, the two find bottles with heads inside of them, a room that seems to only opens to the captain, confirming that he indeed has a connection to it, and some magnet set of armor, and multiple other items that look important but unfortunately Sparklez couldn't remember anything about it. They discover a strange ritual like location with eerie purple pillars, but with no way to descend down, besides jumping down, which almost broke Sparklez's legs. They locate multiple items that are helpful, and managing to fly with the help of some little pads, which the two seemed very scared of at first, they finally reach a plateau high above the clouds. The duo ran into an empty campsite and some different pillars, with nothing seems to make their case better, until Ranboo noticed another big building, visiting it next, Captain Sparklez was confident that it's something he would make, next to a river and further exploring it. After some time looking for something that may look similar to one of them. Their first stop was at an obsidian pillar of three blocks, Ranboo claiming that it spoke with him but he couldn't understand it, while the captain suspecting that they are the pillars he was studying before. The two started to know each others more and collecting important and together they ventured out. He and Ranboo started to get some items to travel looking for the location of Sparklez's main lab, while failing to find any iron ore. However, once he finally woke up, he was unable to remember multiple things, such as the location of his main laboratory.
While playing with levers, Ranboo flips one that destroyed the whole outpost, accidently killing Sacha, destroying the whole lab, and nearly killing Captain Sparklez who barely survived after falling unconscious from the power of the explosion sent him up to the sky. The captain informs Ranboo about finding the portal and his lab, saying that it's not his main one, he also asked him about. The captain asked from where did Ranboo came from, he claims that he doesn't remember anything prior to falling out of the portal. While recording himself, the captain suddenly heard sounds emitting from the portal, and someone who goes by Ranboo falls out of the portal, trying to get more information. With no information about it yet, and suspecting that it's related to the pillars he's found before, he and his assistant, Sasha, decided to generate power & spark the portal to see if there's any sort of reaction. The researcher captain has recently discovered some kind of ruined portal while doing some research in a mountain, surrendered by a bunch of mysterious crystals.
